Partial outage for Async Audio and Video APIs - Empty messages

We were experiencing issues with our Async APIs ( Audio and Video ). We observed for some jobs messages were coming empty for successfully processed jobs.

The issue has now been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing an outage for our Async Audio and Video APIs. The issue is intermittent and we are observing some of the jobs are returning empty transcript for the successful jobs.
