One of our internal services experienced problems while scaling up, which caused a major outage for the Async APIs and a partial outage for the Streaming APIs.

The issue has now been identified and resolved. We're now monitoring the backend closely to ensure no further impacts to the APIs

This incident affected: Telephony API (Telephony PSTN, Telephony SIP) and Async Text API, Async Video API, Async Audio API, Streaming API.
