Telephony PSTN Service Degraded Perfomance.

Resolved
We experienced a degraded performance with Telephony PSTN service due to 3rd party integration failure.
This resulted in failure of few PSTN calls made using Telephony SDK for 30mins starting 8:00AM PST.
The issue has now been resolved and the service is operating normally.
