Async Audio and Video API not responding to larger files

Resolved

Async Audio and Video API have rejected files for larger files. The issue is resolved.

Our load balancers exhausted the majority of the disk space due to a spike in larger volume which resulted in less volume of buffer at the load balancer level and resulted in rejecting the API calls with larger audio and video files.

The issue has been resolved and is currently being monitored closely.
